"This is our first "custom" built home and the process has been more intense than we expected. The choices (almost every feature had options) we had to make were initially overwhelming. Premier and Jackie at the Inspire Design Studio have been patient with us as we chose from a large variety of choices for all the features in the home. They have kept us up to date with schedule updates and shared pictures as progress is made on our house. Alex has been wonderful to work with. We are very happy with our choice to use Premier Homes/Montelena versus the other options out there. We would chose them again."

"Working with Premier Homes has been Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! They have proven to excel in all the ways that count: quality, price, and customer satisfaction. Although we have bought existing homes in the past, this was our first experience buying a new home. The on-site sales team included Alex. She was informative, professional and responsive. At the property in Rancho Cordova they offer several model homes to tour and Alex explained all the differences between each to our satisfaction. She also did so with a great attitude and level of excitement that demonstrated how much she truly enjoys working for Premier. That is so great to see. After making our selection and tendering the initial deposit, we had the pleasure of working with Jackie in their design studio. She made us feel at home and walked us through the process with ease.
