"First time checking out new builds in Rancho Cordova. Really surprised with the models at Premier and how much further the dollar goes per sq/ft compared to Elk Grove and Roseville. PH has excellent design, high-quality houses, and outstanding service! During my journey of looking for a new house, I found that they have the best customer support in the industry.
